Dr. Alex Mushikita Nkandu Cancer Palliative Care Initiative
The Dr. Alex Mushikita Nkandu Palliative Care Initiative is a holistic program dedicated to providing palliative care and support to cancer patients in Zambia. Inspired by the legacy of Dr. Alex Mushikita Nkandu, one of Zambia’s pioneering oncologists, the initiative seeks to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families. Through training, community outreach, and advocacy, the initiative aims to raise awareness and improve access to palliative care services in Zambia.
In the spirit of profound compassion and dedicated service, the Dr.Alex Mushikita Nkandu Cancer Palliative Care Initiative stands as a pillar of hope and healing for cancer patients across Zambia.
